YOU PICK THE SWEETS
The first step to creating your custom care package is to pick the sweets you’d like to include in your box. Choose from a variety of brownies, cookies, cupcakes, muffins, or desserts that you think your loved one would like and add them to your cart. You can pick one item, or mix & match to create a care package that’s sure to satisfy their sweet tooth, no matter the time or day.
Once you’ve customized your care package, on the checkout page you will enter the recipient’s details, including name, address, and phone number. This information will help us coordinate a delivery date and time.
Pinecone Pastries offers new items depending on the holiday or time of year, so be on the lookout for these specials that are available for a limited time.
WE BAKE THEM FRESH & DELIVER YOUR HOMEMADE HUG
Once your order is submitted, sit back, relax, and let us get our bake on. We bake everything from scratch so you can feel good knowing your loved one will get the freshest pastries to enjoy. Each order is boxed in eco-friendly packaging, topped with ribbons and a pinecone, of course!
In the meantime, we will coordinate with the recipient a time and date for the delivery. Every care package is hand delivered so we can be sure to say hello, give a hug, and take a photo to text you so you can feel connected and close to your loved one. While we do love baking (a lot), the interaction is our very favorite part of this entire process.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Yes! You can place your orders online at any time (as long as we’re not on vacation) and select your delivery date in the checkout form. Add any special requests in the Notes section on the form and we’ll follow up with you if we have any questions.
Use the Bargain Box to order a half order of anything on the menu.
We will contact the recipient with the phone number that is provided in the order in the morning and will arrange a delivery time in the afternoon. We will deliver the care package to the address on the order, including NAU and apartments.
No, the brownies do not have nuts in them. Just a lot of chocolate!
No, we currently do not have gluten free or vegan items available. The Rice Krispie Treats only have rice cereal, butter, and marshmallows, but we understand the cereal contains small amounts of gluten.
We deliver our care packages to Northern Arizona University and anywhere in the Flagstaff, AZ area for a flat $5.
We make every effort to arrange a delivery time that works for both us and the recipient; however, sometimes it doesn’t always work out. In that case, we will leave care packages at the dorm front desk, with a roommate, or on the doorstep.
We suggest placing your order at least 24-48 hours in advance of the date you want them to be delivered.
For example, if you want your care package delivered on a Friday, place your order on or before Wednesday. You can always place orders in advance and select your desired delivery date.
